Training & Certification

This is important so I want to say this first when it comes to hypnosis.  Make sure the hypnotist you are working with is certified by the National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH).  The world's largest and most prestigious organization for the art of hypnosis.  The NGH embraces a robust 'client-centered' code of ethics and endorses the latest and most effective techniques for helping clients change.  Always look for the NGH seal, and ask your hypnotist about their training and qualifications.
