Just who is the ideal hypnosis client - probably you. But over the years I have spent working with clients, there are some characteristics that seem to delineate that ideal client.
They are open minded and tend to be curious about alternative strategies to overcoming problems in their life.
They are ready for change and want this change for themselves. Yes, they may realize their limiting behavior has an impact on others, but the primary purpose for the change is for themselves.
They are serious and realize that many of the good things in life require work and effort and they are willing to do the work. In other words, they are invested in themselves.
So there you have it - a few of the attributes of the ideal client.
Summer always seems to be a time when folks want to take action, especially when it comes to their health. Now that fall is here, I wanted to take a moment and comment on my seven clients that severed their relationship with smoking this past summer. These folks all took the bold step of deciding to take control of their health and life and to stop paying a giant corporation to slowly kill them. I am so proud to have helped them on the journey! Helping people change their lives in this way is truly a rewarding job!
If you smoke now, I don't have to tell you how dangerous it is or how bad it is for your health - you know already. But what I can tell you, is that there is HOPE. You can put it behind you and enjoy better health, stronger breathing, more energy. You can smell better, and not feel left out because you have to excuse yourself and walk to a 'smoking area'. You can reclaim your life!
When it's time for you to change this part of your life, contact me... it's never too late to start the change. You are never hopeless or too far gone to change. You can leverage that most powerful part of your subconscious mind to help you and start to live healthier. You absolutely deserve it!
