BLACK LIVES MATTER I am against systemic racism, I am against police brutality and the over militarization of local police to the detriment of needed social services. We must stop feeding fear and cultivate hope.

Just think of it, you have a physical body that can be seen and touched. Fall down and you can crack, scrape and damage that body. We have no problem understanding this, because many of us have accidentally hurt our bodies during our lives. Our mind is a brilliant device that we cannot touch or really see, but if it is not working or if it is not up to speed for us, we notice or at least others may notice. Over a lifetime, we humans can suffer from many injuries to the mind, either through internal disconnects or outside, environmental influences. Just like when the body is hurt, there are interventions that can assist the mind to becoming whole again. Our spirit is that inner part of use that cannot be attributed to the current body you occupy or the current mind that you operate with. It's that part of us that peeks out in between the mind and body manifestations and it is the enduring energy being that has been you over multiple lifetimes - including the life you are in now. I base these assertions on my own personal experience of connecting with my spirit as well as my professional experience with clients. I have had the unique opportunity to work with diverse clients with equally diverse beliefs. What I have learned over the years is that more often than not, when we have a problem that surfaces in life, that problem may not be sourced in our physical body. It can be a carry over from a past life, or a negative imprint on the mind from earlier in the current life. My role as a hypnotist coach is to help correct that imbalance regardless of where it is sourced from. Experience has taught me that mindful collaboration between client and practitioner can result in a strategy that helps resolve those concerns that have plagued a person for years. |
