Many clients come to me saying they decided to move to vaping rather than smoking because they believe it's not as dangerous. While I am not an expert, I have had clients report that they have experienced an increase in wheezing and diminished lung capacity after vaping for a short period (less than three years). What I do know is that the effects of cigarettes have been researched and studied for decades and the information is robust. The longterm effects of vaping is still being investigated and as the news comes in, it is not impressive. My recommendation to you is to eliminate all tobacco or tobacco products from your life - only allow fresh clean air into your lungs. When will it be time for you to stop? So far in 2019, BMH helped four people stop vaping - one other person gave was not successful. If you are vaping, I strongly recommend you do the research and learn all of the risks involved. There is too much at stake.
