One of the biggest complaints of my clients is night time eating, especially sweets. Its easy to understand why we get into the habit int he first place. Our society incorporates a sweets at the end of a meal. Plus many of us work really hard, and only at the end of the day do we have time to relax. It's then that we reward ourselves. From there, it becomes easier and easier to snack a little more. Before you know it, you are eating two, three, or four sweet things in one sitting. All of this sugar is going into your system at the worst time of day when you are the least active and close to going to sleep. It will not take long for your body to start showing signs of too much sweets. If you want to overcome this habit, you 'll need to set in place pattern disrupters, use something to replace the sweets, and be absolutely committed to change. Hypnosis can be used to help defeat this unhealthy behavior as well. Over the years, I have helped many clients reset their sweet tooth. Are you ready to take back control of your life - if so email me today and lets talk about how hypnosis can help you.

This is important so I want to say this first when it comes to hypnosis. Make sure the hypnotist you are working with is certified by the National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH). The world's largest and most prestigious organization for the art of hypnosis. The NGH embraces a robust 'client-centered' code of ethics and endorses the latest and most effective techniques for helping clients change. Always look for the NGH seal, and ask your hypnotist about their training and qualifications. |
