We often find ourselves overeating during the holidays, especially Thanksgiving, simply because it has become a habit. We did it last year and the year before, and we survived, and here we are now, going into Thanksgiving 2015 - and we know we'll do the same thing. So I have come up with a strategy for you that may help reduce the food and alcohol intake we all can often abuse on this important occasion. Water is your friend. So use it throughout the day to try and keep your stomach filled. Imm not talking about drinking so much that you are uncomfortable, but drinking a good 8 - 10 large (16 ounce) glasses of water throughout the day will help keep you hydrated and also keep some volume in your stomach. Do you have any holiday strategies that you use to help control overeating? Tell us. Please share your thoughts here in the comments below. Comments are closed.
