Case study from 2016 on a client that had consistent pain in her neck and shoulders. There was no previous injury, the client stated she had had it for a long time, "For at least five years..." The client also stated that she had used many medical interventions to try and stop the pain but found they did not work for long or at times, not at all.
The client decided to try hypnosis and called me for a consultation. After her first session, the client noted a significant reduction in the pain - it had reduced from a 7-8 range to a 3-4 range and was much more tolerable. We moved forward with a change plan in place to eliminate or reduce the pain to a level of 1 -2. By the time of our fourth session there was no more pain and the client was very pleased with the results. The client has referred two other clients since our 2016 sessions.
If you have pain please consult your medical doctor right away, pain is the body's natural way to tell you something is wrong. But if you have not been able to gain relief despite seeing your doctor, consider alternative therapies such as acupuncture, massage, or hypnosis, While modern medicine is outstanding in solving many issues, often times centuries old, proven modalities can provide a great solution.
