People often ask me what sets my hypnosis practice apart from others. There are a few answers to that question. One is, I don't use pre fabricated scripts purchased from another hypnotist or a hypnosis organization. Those that rely on scripts are short changing the parties involved in hypnosis and the process. Additionally, I am constantly learning new techniques, and practicing proven techniques that have stood the test of time. Continuing education is critical for the hypnotist to meet the needs of her diverse clients. Additionally, I use life coaching strategies with my clients so that they can use practices outside of the hypnosis office to help compound the hypnotic effect and achieve the results they want. Typically, clients will walk away from a hypnosis session with some life coaching structures and quite often homework to do before the next session. Yes, you read that right, homework. Now this is not a huge amount of work - often it's a small practice to put in place, or an article to read, or a task to complete. But being assigned homework further supports the life change clients are designing. And further, having an accountability partner to share that the homework is complete again helps to affirm efforts and solidify further progress.
