It's that time of year again... it actually starts with Halloween. Thats when everyone starts putting out treats around the office, places like Starbucks and grocery stores start making lovely and enticing cookies and treats. People want to show goodwill by baking and gifting treats to those they care about. It's a hard time of year if you are trying to stay in shape. Hypnosis can help you stay in control by changing your mindset, and reducing your craving for all the holiday excess. You can get through the holidays - but you need a strategy. And it starts now.
