This is a four session hypnosis package designed to be used over a 30 day period. Ideally, sessions should be held once weekly. After the hypnotic component of the program is complete, weekly coaching sessions are started, providing an additional three weeks of support.
The sessions are designed to tap into your subconscious mind and create new positive habits and essentially create the same mental effects as the actual surgery.
The client is provided a mp3 audio to assist in compounding the positive subconscious messages from hypnosis sessions.
This is an interactive face-to-face program. The client will be assigned occasional 'homework'.
