Description:
This is a three session hypnosis package designed to be used over a 30 day period - ideal for the client that has already taken some action to stop or reduce tobacco but needs the additional resources hypnosis may provide.  After the first session, we can decided when it's best for you to follow up with your second and third sessions to maximize the compounding effects of the hypnosis.

The sessions are designed to prompt your subconscious mind, identify and eliminate old, destructive patterns and clear the way for new productive habits. 

The client is provided a mp3 audio to assist in compounding the positive subconscious messages from hypnosis sessions. 

This is an interactive face-to-face program.  The client will be assigned occasional 'homework'.
