BCCNGH held its Spring 2016 event this past Saturday, April 30th, 2016 . We combined the Chapter get together with a Meetup of local hypnosis enthusiasts and had an excellent time learning about deepeners and sharing experiences. In attendance were more than seven professional hypnotists, many of which were also 'dual-hatted' - some specialized in acupuncture, energy healing, reiki, and aromatherapy. Want to be invited to future events, send me an email and you'll be added to the mailing list.
Highlighted Practitioner - Susan Push, RN, MPH, LAc, of Transition to Wellness Acupuncture. Our first Chapter event on January 28th was a great success! And despite snow, freezing temperatures and the security involved with President Obama's visit to Baltimore, we still had a good showing of hypnotists (I was disappointed that the President did not stop by!). Among the attendees were Graham Phillips, a local hypnotist specializing in stage hypnosis from Bel Air, Maryland, (the photo at left shows Graham leading some of us in a hypnosis stage show trick). Another hypnotist attending was Toni Greene (Nandini), a yoga instructor that owns a wellness center outside of DC that now offers hypnosis to clients. Aside from training and instruction on different inductions, attendees celebrated the opening of the new Baltimore City Chapter, and traded success stories on hypnosis.
This is a growing Chapter and in the future, I plan on holding MeetUps on the same day/ time as future Chapter events in order for non-hypnotists to interact and learn from professional hypnotists and build even more connections. If you'd like to be added to my NGH Chapter email list and be notified of future events, contact me and I will make sure you are included.
